After checking your reservation or inquiry email, I will respond within 24 hours. In rare cases, I might not be able to reply to your reservation or inquiry due to email errors caused by spam filters or reception settings.

If you have not received a reply from me after three days or more, I apologize for the inconvenience, but please check your spam box and confirm and change your reception settings or you can contact us again.

Other areas in Tokyo <Ikebukuro,Kinshicho,Ueno,Kichijoji,>+¥10,000

Outside tokyo<Yokohama,Kannai, Kawasaki,Haneda>+¥5,000

Other<Fussa,Yokosuka>+15,000

Any booking that finishes after 12am a Taxi fee of +7,000 JPY.

Extension after 12 AM will follow the rates below - 30min extention 15,000 JPY

Please note that our time starts when we enter the hotel room. If we have to wait more than 10 minutes for a hotel room, or cannot find a empty room in the first 10 minutes of meeting, our time would begin after that 10 minute period. Thank you you for your understanding.
